Three women. Many bodies. Rhythm with out music. Music in the silence. In this performance time, body and space are newly constructed to heighten the awareness of our senses. Systems and rules are built only to collapse again. The dancers’ agencies enable shifts in repetitive and imitative situations, thereby creating a new dimension of togetherness.

Prototype is a dance that deals with construction on various different levels. Construction of socio-political rules, boundaries, habits are the core stimulus to create constructions of the bodies in time and space.  The invented constructions create a physical challenge for the three dancers, forcing them to shift their intentions in order to stay in the game.  Prototype is an attempt to create a new dimension of being.
